LAYER 1:

HEI will provide all your Layer I requirements from fiber optic and copper campus installs which include all excavation and conduit installation, restoration of concrete, asphalt and landscaping to your site.  HEI will install all backbone and horizontal distributions systems including relay racks, cabinets, fiber distribution boxes, ladder rack systems and cable management.  Our installs have included fiber optic to the desktop, category 6 and category 5E all warranted through manufacturers insuring quality and workmanship.

TROUBLESHOOT AND REPAIRS

HEI can test and analyze your current network with our Agilent Framescopes. We can also provide fiber optic fusion splicing, which will minimize your dB losses for any breaks in fiber optic plant.  Telephone cable breaks, HEI has equipment to bring your systems back on line.

HEI is a corporate member of Building Industry Consulting Services International  (BICSI) and has two RCDD’s (Registered Communications Distribution Designer) on staff, along with certified installers.  HEI is committed to providing staff that are well trained in all aspect of the telecommunication industry.

HEI offers several manufacturer warranties that include Siemon, Krone, Ortronics, BerkTek, Mohawk and Leviton.  HEI’s ability to provide these warranties means HEI staff has completed all the requirements in training and design to provide you the highest quality installs following all EIA/TIA standards.

HEI can provide an AutoCAD drawing of each jack location to help with adds, moves and changes.
